You sing it more beautifully, with simplicity; and the lyrics
were twisted. But all I really thought was how you were
consumed in the music. And how the words were
drained from your mouth. And then I almost cried.
This reminded me how i "wished to be special" when i was younger and less conscious, so much sensitive, so much poetic, excrutiatingly poetic. Now i learn to be happy to be me, in that crude simplicity. That doesn't make me distant, cold, and unable to love, this teaches me that the choice is mine and the power on my own life is too.
