I wrote a song today. Here's some of it.

The only reason why we believe in love

Is that we need something to make time of

And you know it’s kind of sublime

For something we took just too much time

To remake and recreate

Into something that illuminates our world

Into something beautiful, but dull

Cause we blocked it with our

Selfish words and upsetting habits

That take our love and then smashes it

Into the well of eternal grace that punishes you not, but wins the race
